ABOUT KATHY
KATHY CULLEN, RN, MS, is a nationally recognized expert on recruitment and retention of RNs and other health care employees. She is experienced in recruiting and hiring all levels of employees in a variety of health care settings.
Following a successful career in hospital and facility-based recruitment, she became an independent consultant in order to share her successful strategies with facilities throughout the country. She has owned and operated Cullen Consulting for over ten years and she is now in demand as a speaker and consultant.

include keynote addresses and other presentations at conferences, meetings and events. She has made presentations in 36 states and in St. Petersburg Russia! Her most requested presentation is “Recruiting, Retaining and Managing the Generations in Healthcare.”
Ms. Cullen devoted her entire career to recruitment, retention & employment management. She stresses effective retention as being equally as important as recruitment. Ms. Cullen has held various positions her qualifications include:

In addition to a solid career in health care recruitment and her background as a Registered Nurse, her credentials include a Master of Science in Health Care Policy and Administration from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a past Advisory Board Member for Nursing Management’s “Recruitment & Retention Report” which she helped develop. As a Board Member, she wrote four Articles published in Nursing Management.
